Show Me The Money - Writing the Grant (6 hr workshop & two day training) - This training is perfect for anyone wanting to understand the dynamics of identifying funding sources, processing data, writing a grant, Team Grant Writing, submitting a winning application and the follow-up. - The participant will better understand the dynamics of accessing grants from Foundations as well as the Federal Government. A must training for any 501 (c) 3, non-profit. - This training places an emphasis on Federal and Foundations applications - The Participants learn the art of "Team Grant Writing" utilizing Google Docs and other dynamic resources. 3. TB/Hep/STD (6 hr workshop) - Training uncovers the history and epidemiology of the virus and diseases - In depth understanding of necessary information to better inform clients of dangers, prevention and intervention
4. Getting Real About Abstinence (6 hr workshop) - Participants come face-to-face with the realities of "Safe Sex" in this workshop that pulls no punches and "keeps it real". All aspects of abstinence are covered to help the participant in making better, more educated choices. - All the consequences of sexual promiscuity are examined in this interactive workshop.
5. Getting and Keeping That Good Job - Employment Training (6 hr workshop) - Participants develop an understanding of impressing all along the continuum of getting a job. - Identifying employers (Effective Job Search) - Creating a "Perfect" Resume - Understanding the complexities of the Interview - The importance of the correct "non-verbals" - This workshop has a special focus on assisting those with prior felonies and/or misdemeanors.
